Chair Fitness

Would you like to try something new? I’d love to invite you to join a pilot for a fun and accessible way to stay active: chair fitness!

This is the perfect way to keep moving, especially if high-intensity workouts aren’t quite your thing anymore. Whether it’s due to age, joint issues, a (progressive) condition, or simply because you want to manage your energy—chair fitness makes exercise easy and enjoyable for everyone!

✨ What to expect?
You’ll stay seated while we go through a variety of exercises. No worries about balance or fatigue—the chair provides stability and support. We’ll focus on:

  • Stretching and flexibility exercises
  • Strengthening your arms, core, and legs
  • Improving mobility and muscle strength for everyday life
  • And of course: having fun!

Sessions are on Friday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00 with coffee afterwards.
