A session of “in Balance” will start with a simple warm-up. You will literarily walk yourself to a warm-up with many varieties  and coaching. After an intense series of stretching in which the whole body gets attention, it is followed by challenging exercises to work on balance and strength. We will make use of materials such as physio balls. Then we continue with some exercises derived from yoga and pilates to build up strength and flexibility Each session ends with a little meditation. Effort, flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation are the keywords for the sessions is "in Balance".
